If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date for refund and 14 days from the delivery date for exchange of size or store credit. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping charges to return the item(s) back to us as well as shipping of the new/exchanged item.
All merchandise must be in NEW CONDITION (unworn, free of fragrance, pet hair, deodorant, rips/tears, etc.)
Sale items, bodysuits/intimates, accessories, shoes, gift cards, and items that are purchased during any kind of clearance sale are FINAL SALE.
How to return:
- Make sure your return is within the policy period & meets ALL return requirements.
- Email email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number.
- Please make sure to include your packing slip in with your return and write the return authorization number on the packing slip.
- Please return your item to the address listed below. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- Once we receive your package & the return is processed, store credit will be issued to the email address we have on file. Returns are usually processed within 2 days of receiving.
- If you wish to exchange the size of your item(s), you can write the size needed on your packing slip. Please note, due to our inventory constantly changing we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock.
